Notification sent to Customer Email & Phone (SMS)

Customer will be notified on important delivery updates such as Shipment Picked, In Transit, Out of Delivery, Delivery Issues and Delivered status to Email & SMS.

Statuses/Messages that we send to the customer

We will send the notifications on important status like

• In Transit
• Out for Delivery
• Delivered

Apart from that, we used to send out notifications for the following:

• Attempted Delivery
• Delay in Delivery
• When it reaches the city of delivery
• Returned/Refused from delivery
• Address Incorrect
• Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed
• Out of Delivery Area
• Consignee Unavailable

It can really help customers to reduce returns due to unwanted errors from the logistics companies, because they tend to upload & mark wrong information, such as contacting the customer whereas they have actually not contacted them & returned the parcel.
