  3. Does we tend to get benefit of cold press oil with all enzymes and nutrients if we use oil for frying and deep frying ?because frying anyway increases the temperature of oil to a considerable extent….

    1. We are using wood pressed / mara chekku (vagai) – that rotates only 14-16 times in a minute to preserve the nutritional value in the oil.

    1) What are content of Fats in Ground Nut and Sesame seed Oil ? are they increase cholesterol level ? Can BP patient use those Oil ? Is there any chances for Blockage in Heart if I use those oil regularly ?

    2) Which technology are you using cold press oil, mari chakku vagai wood press or mechanical expeller ? or Screw Press Else ?

    1. 1. We recommend to use sunflower oil. Because the doctor recommends this oil usually. But please consult with your family doctor or physician before consumption of groundnut oil and sesame oil.
