How to Feel Beautiful? -Hints To Improve Yourself!

Who want to look beautiful? Who want to feel beautiful? There is a big difference between these two questions! The concept of cosmetic products roaming around is a big fat lie, a lie made up by the individuals and organisations in the commercial comestic world.

Do you know that most of the faces identified in the world are not real but manufactured? Haha! Nothing can sound too worst! And who does that serve? The cosmetic industry! They are here to help you to spend your money lol!

Studies have proven that in many cases cosmetics have had adverse effects that have ever prove to be fatal in nature due to the presence of hazardous chemical substances.
Phthalates found in nail polishes and synthetic fragrant products have linked to early puberty.
Triclosan used in antibacterial soaps, deodorants and toothpastes can affect the body hormones.
Parabens which are very commonly found in creams, lotions and other cosmetics increase the risk of breast tumours.

Cosmetic surgery is a booming  business worth $20 billion and it continues to grow. In the USA,the number of plastic surgeries have increased upto 220% since 1997. And it’s very terrible to hear that the Americans spend more money on beauty than on education!
Those people who raises hands for those above effects have taken efforts to look beautiful:(

Feeling beautiful is something allowing yourself to love your life! Your life with your loving parents, loving siblings, lovely grandparents, pets and friends! Love the places you go and love the food you eat!

That’s enough! Are you asking “Am I here to hear this sort of things?” Haha! Come on, the word ” feel beautiful ” have hidden a word inside. Shhh! That’s “Feel Healthy!”. Let’s jump straight to feel beautiful!

1.Water! Water! Water!

I am sure you are hearing for the nth time lol! But believe me, that’s true! Water can be an ultimate solution to treat many kinds of beauty issues including dull skin, sunken eyes, dehydrated body, dry skin, split ends in your hair and blah blaaahhh blaaahhhh!

I have recently come across a news of the Japanese water therapy in Polimer channel which amazed me personally. Drink four glasses of 160 ml. You should consume water after waking up in early morning not even brushing your teeth.

Are you like ” Noo, I definitely don’t want to start my morning with my vomit” ? Lol! Start from little by little. If you want to know more about Japanese water there, click here! Remember not to consider 10 am mornings as early morning due to this lockdown lol!

2. Don’t slouch!

Stand up tall and you will look better and slimmer even. Straighten up yourself as someone is tying your head to the ceiling! This must be very horibble to hear but your posture really depend on the way you look confident and energetic!

3. Yoga

Abhishek Maheshwari, yoga instructor told that pranayama, breathing exercises, headstand and fish pose are generally good for your skin. Sarvangasana also known as shoulder stand and it is considered to be the most effective yogaasana for glowing skin.

It helps improve skin texture and quality by promoting blood circulation towards your face. Halasan is one of the best aasanas for providing a healthy and glowing skin etc.

4. Choose Your Favourite Sport!

Everyone has a favourite sport, mine is badminton! This is one of the best hand-eye coordinated game. Sports needs both physical and mental presence. Hitting a good shot makes me worthy. Yeah! That’s what I feel even I’m a dumb player! Winning a match with my brother makes me incredibly happy. Go towards your favourite thing whenever you are upset, and soon you will find yourself productive!

5. Go Towards Your Favourite Hobby!

Hobby is an activity you do in your spare time for fun! Anything! It can be solving sudokus in newspapers, singing in starmaker, watching your favourite series in a foreign language.

You can stick up to anything, and look up to whether you are personally making it useful for yourself. Mine is blogging! I gather up ideas, come up with my personal stuff , bring out to the world and make money.

Watching Netflix to learn a new language, cooking to impress your family, photography, playing musical instruments, reading your favourite novels say it may be Nancy drew, Twillight, Harry Potter, sketching, playing games (but not for a long time until we get sick by it!)  etc.

6. Eat Healthy!

I tell my patients that what they put in their mouth is more important than the products applied on the skin.” Says Dr.Jessica Wu who have written her own guide called “eating for beauty”.

  • Foods get broken down into vitamins, minerals and amino acids that your body can use for a healthy skin.
  • You should always eat diet with required proteins to make your body make more collagen which makes your skin to reduce elasticity and makes your skin strong.
  • Low sugar diet are less prone to acne.
  • Add more vegetatables rich in vitamin A, C and E to your diet.

7. Say Cheeeseeee!

Always wear a smile wherever you go! Smiling boost your immune system because your whole body relaxes when you smile.

No wonder everybody has seen the scene where joker hides his pain and smile! Whenever you are in a very bad mood outside, smile even if you don’t feel like it, it will immediately compromise your mood! You will definitely relive stress because smiling releases endorphins.

Try singing this song to yourself even when you are so much lazy to follow all the seven steps! Haha!
