Medical experts say that this extra fat is more dangerous than beneficial.

Fat is divided into VLDL (Very Low Density Lipoprotein) and LDL (low-density Lipoprotein) fat cholesterol and tryglycerides.

Saturated fat and trans fat can increase your LDL which is very harmful to your health. These fats are considered as Bad fats.

In today’s scenario, everyone is addicted, no matter how old they are on fast foods and snacks that cause bad fats. We forget that excessive sugar and calories can be harmful to the body that is found in packeted foods which are labeled as fat-free and healthy foods in stores.

Overall, the fried stuff, fried meat, and crispy foods all make up the excess fat in the body and make it obese without leaving you with any choice.

In addition, ice cream, bakery, persistent chocolate, white sugar sweeteners, egg yolk, poultry, goat, cow, pork when consumed in excess affects the liver. Therefore, the fats in the liver become fast in the blood, thus aggravating the amounts of LDL fats.
