  1. Heat a pan and add one spoon of ghee.
  2. If the colour of ghee changes into reddish brown,then it is pure.
  3. Keep collecting the milk cream for 10 days and keep it in a the container and place it inside the freezer.
  4. When the milk cream comed to room temperature, add curd over it for probiotics properties. Allow it to set overnight.
  5. Now add the milk cream to the food processor, add cold water and put two ice cubes in it.Whisk until the butter separates from the milk.
  6. Wash the collected butter in ice water. The process is to seperate
    milk solids from butter.
  7. Place the collected butter in the heavy bottomed pan.Then keep stirring it untile the ghee seperates from the butter.
  8. The ghee you have made is pure and healthy! Enjoy with your family!
