Cold pressing is a mechanical process of extracting oil from oil seeds at room temperature in a traditional way without adding any chemicals, preservatives and any external heat. Cold pressed oil is unbleached, unrefined, fresh aroma and without using any form of heat to extract the oil which might degrade the oil's flavour and nutritional quality. Cold pressed oil retain healthy antioxidants which help combat free radicals that cause cell damage in the body. Most cold pressed oils are rich source of vitamin E, which has anti-inflammatory and healing properties. Cold Pressed oils are also rich sources of oleic acid that help boost your immune system.
